Below is an overview of technical and accessibility support contacts for our partner vendors. These resources can assist with setup, troubleshooting and accessibility features for products we sell, as well as devices commonly used alongside them, such as Apple products. Before reaching out, confirm the device maker or brand you need support for, as each vendor provides assistance for their own products.

  • Meta Ray-Ban Glasses

    support is available for help with setting up Meta glasses with the app. You can reach them by phone at 1-866-472-9226.

Support is available Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. ET, and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET.
