COVID-19 update: A message to our customers
Our number one priority is the health and safety of our staff and customers, so we've taken many precautions to ensure we flatten the curve and put your wellbeing first during the COVID-19 pandemic. One of those precautions is that we've temporarily closed our CNIB SmartLife Centres to walk-ins and all consultations are by appointment only..
However, our webstore remains open, we continue to ship orders right to our customers' doors, and our customer care team is still here to help you. We look forward to opening our doors when it's deemed safe by health authorities in each province to do so. Stay tuned for updates on when your local Centre will be opening.
