These resources can assist with setup, troubleshooting and accessibility features for products we sell, as well as devices commonly used alongside them, such as Apple products. Before reaching out, confirm the device maker or brand you need support for, as each vendor provides assistance for their own products.
HumanWare provides support for all HumanWare devices. You can reach them by phone at 1-888-723-7273 or by email at us.support@humanware.com. Support is available Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST.
Optelec provides support for all Optelec and Vispero devices. You can reach them by phone at 1-800-665-3005. Support is available on weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Apple Support provides assistance for all iOS devices. You can reach them by phone at 877-204-3930.
Meta Ray-Ban Glasses support is available for help with setting up Meta glasses with the app. You can reach them by phone at 866-472-9226.
